In order to get the best results from PicToWeave, you have to start with an image that is both of a high enough resolution and sized in the right proportions to fit the area aup which you want the weave.
Indeed, you may have to size the weave to match the proportions of the image.
Put simply, you cn't fit a square peg in a round hole 

PicToWeave is not, nor will it ever be an image manipulation programme.
