I decided to give the thread a bit of a rest with this one.
All the bling is store bought.
6ft gaff blank with 4" s/s hook
Skeleton fish is a hat pin and skulls are charms inlayed into the eva.
Barramundi skin inlay/wrap.

I call him Vlad Smiley
