Jig sets made by Doc Ski are quite durable and will last a very very long time!

Doc wrote a good tutorial with pix of his jigs in use. You can find it here on this site.

Mitch,
We have several sets of Doc's jigs and can recommend them.
They are good value for money and will handle most weaves you're likely to do.
Have a look at the tutorials section and you'll see me setting up a weave using them.

Where can the Doc Ski Weave Jig be purchased? Reasonable alternative for a beginner? Or where the shoe foam can be purchased to build my own?
Thanks,

Doc no longer makes the jigs.
He did a tutorial on how to do it and where to get the parts.
If you contact him on facebook I'm sure he'll send it.
The V parts are just rectangular rain pipe cut down.
The slotted channel is Panduit GE380 grommet edging
The foam is for orthopedic insoles, but any dense EVA should work.  You can buy that in sheets.
