Docking and Un-Docking

The tool bars containing the main application buttons may be un-docked to become floating tool bars.

This may be done by clicking on on the tool bar and dragging it.
To re-dock the tool bar, drag it to its original position.
The tool bars me be un-docked either as a group or individually.
