The layer list depicts how the rod maker should layer the design thread onto the rod when doing multi-layer color change weaves.

PicToWeave places the thread color with the highest thread count on the bottom layer and the thread color with the lowest thread count on the top layer.

Should the thread color with the highest thread count not have a sufficiently high count to completely fill the bottom layer, the thread with the next highest thread count will be used, and so on until all the threads have been laid up.
