Making notes about your weave pattern

In some cases it may be necessary to save notes about your weave pattern.

For example:

In a multi-layer weave with several shades of a similar color it can be difficult to distinguish between the colors when the left list is printed in color.

This is because printers have far less colors available to them than a computer screen.

To overcome this problem, it is sometimes necessary to change some of the colors on the grid to another that is easily distinguished form the other(s) when printed.

It would then be necessary to make some notes detailing which colors were swapped.

1. Press the "Notes" button to roll out the notes editor.

2. Enter your notes as required.
You can modify the font, size, color etc using the buttons and controls provided.
You can also print your notes from this window.

3. Close the roll out by pressing the notes button again.

4. Your notes are saved when you save your project. They will be saved into a separate file called "filename.rtf" (filename will be replaced with the same name as your project file)
If any notes have been saved previously, they will be opened when you next open your project.
